Picasa – Picture Perfect!
Picasa does wonders. It’s a great way to organize all those digital photos we take. It’s a digital photo organizer, editor, and sharing tool.
1st – it scans your hard drive for image files. You can tell it where to look and not to look (ie I don’t want to organize the little graphics my programs and WindowsXP uses – so I only organize MyPictures folder).
2nd – It allows you to edit your photos. And you need to edit them. I love the straighten tool. I use the crop tool all the time. and I sometimes use the saturation and sharpen tools. It’s so easy that it is fun – Photoshop is only sometimes fun and rarely if you have 15 photos to do.
3rd – I use Picasa to export and upload photos into webphoto albums. My Mom uses it to upload photos on to her blog. It’s that easy, people!
