I wanted to share this page I found:

It's the organization website for a music group in New Zealand. They are planning a tour and have posted there planning in this website.

The site uses "Backpack". It's a collaboration web tool. A Backpack website is easy to create and edit. It has an RSS feed (so people can track changes with MyYahoo or Bloglines, etc.). Groups of people can edit the pages.

If I was working with a band, I'd watch this website to see how these guys use it.
